Winter Haiku

WINTER HAIKU

1.
Soil aglow, I kiss -
cold air dawn and mist of blue,
a first bliss in snow…

2.
Snow balls, snowman fun!
Kids play moon, marbles of snow,
clouds melt on cute palms.

3.
Peach Cherry blossoms,
glow on snowy empty roads.
The earth smiles to God.

4.

Sun bows to the pond
Fallen petals slide and swing
Wind plays hide and seek.

5.

Sundial in park,
Autumn leaves in trail of love,
Cathedral bells freeze…

6.

You were my first snow.
Glaring sun rays draw a heart;
Sweet February!

7.

Rainbows grow on fields
Green ice lettuce on clay cakes
Sweet berries in pot of gold.

8.

Freezing cold and rain
Lake so placid, cool pink fog
Tea in winter pours.

9.

Coffee smoke in porch
Glazed wet parks and flowers peep
Humming wind spreads frost.

10.

White blanket of earth,
woven winter nights and days.
round cherries popcorn!

11.

Leaves perfumed ice mint
dainty trees of Sakura
embed in gold books.

12.

Cold September nights,
change in season’s colors -
one bright moon for all.
